To ensure a successful program, participating corporate partners will:
- Hire a select number of program participants for full-time employment, inclusive of salary and benefits, at the end of their two-year term in government
- Provide up to $75,000 in loan assistance to any participants hired by the corporate partner
- Work with the Partnership to identify the competencies and qualifications needed for private sector positions
- Work with Partnership on targeted recruitment
- Assign mentors to program participants to guide their professional development
- Participate as keynote speakers, guest facilitators and experts for panel discussions for program events
- Host and attend networking events with program participants
